Nursery and Preschool

Welcome to the Early Childhood (Infant to Pre-K) branch of Children's Ministry at First Evangelical Free Church! We have a fun and loving group of volunteers who help teach your little ones how to love our God! Your children in this age range are welcome to attend the 9:00 AM class, the 10:35 AM class or both on Sunday mornings, in order to allow parents to worship in the service as well as in adult fellowships.
This is how we are set up ---
*Infant Nursery --- for children birth through steady walkers
*Toddler Nursery --- for children steady walkers through 24 months
These two rooms are open and staffed with adult and youth volunteers. Our goal is to show unconditional love to these children and familiarize them with the name of Jesus.
A nursing room is also available.
*2 Year Old Class
*3 Year Old Class
*Pre-K Class --- for 4 and 5 year old children not yet in kindergarten
These three rooms are staffed with adult and youth volunteers who teach the children in these age groups, using stories, songs, games, art and other activities, during the Sunday morning worship services.
Our goal is for the children to know:
-God made them
-God loves them
-Jesus wants to be their friend
We offer snacks at both class times. The snacks we typically have include cheerios or other dry cereal, animal crackers, gold fish crackers and water. If you have any allergy concerns, please let us know and we will make arrangements for that.
