UPWARD Flag Football or Cheerleading Program for Boys & Girls grades K-6
Flag Football Evaluations and Cheerleading Orientations (mandatory, pick ONE day) are
Monday, August 2nd or Thursday, August 5th between 5 and 7pm,
or Sunday, August 8th, between 2 and 4 PM at the PLEX
Practices will begin the week of August 23rd
Practices will be on either Monday or Thursday evenings at 5 or 6pm
Games in September and October
Sunday afternoons, starting September 12th, between 1 and 5pm
Games will be played at the Plex,
