Assistant Director of Children's Ministries
Position Description: This leader will assist the Children's Ministry Director in building teams and infrastructure to reach and disciple children (birth to grade 5) and support/equip their parents. The primary ministry of this leader is the health, effectiveness and multiplication of teams of vocational and volunteer staff working in this season of life ministry. This leader must equip and coach others for ministry and leadership.
Job type: Full time
Education/degree required: B.A. or higher- Ministry, Education and/or Communication backgrounds are desirable.
