Ministries for Making Disciples
Evangelism is the essential first step in making disciples and will be pursued using a variety of methods.
The primary method of making disciples is the small group. Small groups provide the environment of mutuality, diversity, and relational accountability that we feel are most effective in making disciples. Additionally, groups emphasize team work and interdependence over individualism and independence.
We will offer nurturing and equipping ministries at various levels of commitment to encourage a process of growth for all disciples.
We view large group gatherings such as worship celebrations and open groups (i.e. Adult Fellowships, Sunday School classes, etc.) as essential to promoting personal growth, corporate unity, and for reaching people who are presently outside the church.
