Come Join the Choir
The CELEBRATION CHOIR has become a staple of the worship arts ministry at First Evangelical Free Church. With over 55 singers on our current roster, it serves the vital role of leading the congregation in worship approximately every other week. The choir meets for rehearsal every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in the sanctuary. Music selections range from a capella traditional arrangements, to very upbeat gospel arrangements. The choir also is a part of leading the congregational singing on the mornings that it is scheduled.
Not sure if you have enough talent to join this group? Although we have many very experienced singers in this ensemble, it's true that there are a wide variety of skill sets represented. Some of our singers sight read music very well. Some sing only by ear. All have an opportunity for a great experience. Don't let your insecurity keep you from coming! We have a place for you.
